Vanguard to Add Higher-Risk Funds to Personal Advisor Service

Vanguard is launching three new active-equity mutual funds exclusively for clients of its Personal Advisor Service, an effort that may improve the appeal of the low-cost, hybrid advisory platform for investors with higher risk tolerances.
