The UK’s largest online conveyancer, My Home Move Conveyancing has officially opened the role of ‘Mansion Tester’. The tester will be staying at one of the UK’s most gorgeous properties and charged with reporting on their experience, as well as receiving £500 for the role.

The mansion to be tested is the luxurious Grade II-listed Manor Holcombe which comes with a heated swimming pool, games room and private gym.

The lucky candidate will be relaxing in this stunning property in Somerset between 21 and 23 September 2021.

The luxurious mansion consists of three floors, eight bedrooms and all the intricacies of Georgian architecture combined with modern luxury.

In return for their luxury staycation and £500 salary, the tester will review the services offered by My Home Move Conveyancing as well as their experience at the Manor.

As such, the candidate needs to be detail-orientated, luxury-seeking and freely available on the required dates.

This role has been created to put My Home Move Conveyancing’s specialities to the test and showcase their skills in what is arguably the hardest part of buying a house.

Dev Malle, Chief Business Development Officer at My Home Move Conveyancing commented on why this dream role has been put in place.

“Buying a new house is an incredibly exciting experience, but it can also be quite daunting – finding the right legal service is often part of the challenge.

DONT MISS:

“It can be one of the biggest purchases you’ll make and therefore it’s important to find someone you can trust to help guide you through the process.

“That’s why we wanted to put our expertise to the test, as well as giving prospective house-hunters a little taste of luxury as they review our online service, all while getting paid to do so.

“After such a challenging year, we’d like to invite anyone who fancies a break in one of Britain’s most stunning properties to apply, and become our Mansion Tester!”

Applying for the position has also been streamlined like a job application.

Potential candidates must fill out the form on My Home Move Conveyancing’s website before 12pm on Monday the 13th of September.

The Manor has all of the lavish details one would expect from a luxury mansion.

Built in Georgian design, it is surrounded by landscaped grounds and delicate interior details as well as boasting an impressive façade.

The country home has also been recently restored to enhance its original features.

While keeping the original stylings, the restoration also added all the necessities and modern luxuries to provide a comfortable and elegant stay.

The restoration expanded across all three floors of the luxurious mansion, with the bedrooms spanning on the top and bottom floors so that guests can truly enjoy spending their time at the mansion together.

The Mansion Tester will have the opportunity to try and test all facets of the home and report back to My Home Move Conveyancing on their experience at the Manor.

In addition to getting a free luxury weekend away, the lucky candidate will also be receiving £500 in compensation for their efforts.
